HARRIS, JUDGE Appellant was indicted for possession of burglary tools, in violation of § 13A-7-8 Code of Alabama 1975. The case was tried in Jefferson Circuit Court, and a jury returned a verdict finding appellant guilty. Appellant was sentenced to a term of four years' imprisonment.
