On Petition for Rehearing Appellants have filed a petition for rehearing and brief wherein they say: ""The single question which we now present to the Court is, was it right to pay all general legacies in full with interest and to pay no part of the specific bequest of $4,171.10 to the specific legatees?"" Our answer is that the same reasoning which justifies the payment of the general legacies in full with interest requires the payment of this specific legacy in full with interest. The logic of this position was overlooked in the original opinion.
